Infrastructure Systems · Water & Utility
Visibility and Efficiency Across Every Gallon
Infrastructure Partners (IP) is designed to fund and deliver metering, pumping, treatment and distribution systems that help utilities and large water users reduce loss, energy use and operating risk.
What It Includes
Water infrastructure is energy infrastructure, and most of its losses are invisible until they're measured.
Pumping, treatment and distribution are among the largest energy loads a community carries. Leaks and metering gaps quietly add to the cost. Modern water systems pair efficient equipment with the data to manage it.
- Smart / AMI water metering and flow monitoring
- Leak detection and distribution management
- High-efficiency pumps, motors and drives
- Wastewater collection and treatment upgrades
- Well and water supply systems
- Irrigation and water-heating systems
Measured First
Projects start with metering, pumping and loss data, so improvements can be verified, not assumed.
Underwritten Before It's Built
Water projects are underwritten on measurable outcomes: volume recovered, energy saved and risk reduced.
Every gallon measured is a gallon that can be managed, and paid for by the savings.
Repayment is designed to align with verified results, not projections.
Built for the sectors that depend on it.
Water & Utility Infrastructure can be part of an Infrastructure 2.0 project in these sectors:

Lower operating cost and higher uptime.
Learn more →From Feasibility to Long-Term Performance
Every system follows the same disciplined path.
Feasibility & Preparation
Utility data, site conditions and goals are reviewed to see whether an opportunity exists.
Technical Underwriting
The system is modeled against real load, rate and operating data before capital is committed.
Structured Funding
Qualified projects are structured as long-term service agreements, with no upfront capital and no traditional debt.
Engineered Delivery
Design, permitting, procurement and installation are coordinated through vetted engineering and construction partners.
Long-Term Stewardship
Performance is monitored, verified and maintained through the term.

Infrastructure 2.0
Upgrade Without Capital Investment
Infrastructure Partners is designed to fund and deliver water and utility systems through Infrastructure 2.0. Design, engineering, equipment, installation and ongoing maintenance are packaged into one long-term service agreement, so improvements are paid for over time from the savings or value they create, not from a capital budget.
Structures vary by project, jurisdiction and accounting treatment. Each engagement is reviewed with the client’s own financial and legal advisors.
No Upfront Investment
Qualified projects are structured so you don't fund design, equipment or installation up front.
No Debt
Structured as a service agreement, not a loan, bond or lease.
Fully Maintained
Service, maintenance and performance monitoring are built into the term.
Improved Cash Flow
Payments are designed to track the savings or value the system delivers.
Start a Conversation
To find out whether your system or facility could qualify for Infrastructure 2.0, request a no-cost infrastructure review. We’ll look at your water and energy bills, meter data and asset condition and tell you plainly whether a project makes sense. No cost to evaluate, and no obligation.
